My name is Katie and I'm an Oregon licensed tattoo artist, multi certified in permanent makeup and tiny + fine line tattoos. My services include: powder brows, combo brows, microblading, brow color corrections, cover ups, foreign touch ups, freckles, lip blush, lip neutralization, upper lash line enhancements, stretchmark and scar rejuvenation, tiny and fine line tattoos, and saline tattoo removal.
