Built by grit and determination through tough times, a mentor and two apprentices renovated a old WF bank into the one of a kind experience it now is today . W/ exterior renovations yet to be completed they have opened their doors to the public and are Tattooing while the finish! The styling is inspired by Kustom Kulture , Lowbrow Art Scene, Tiki and Tattoo History. SKTC promotes good solid professional tattooing and offers a variety of Talented Tattoo Artists/Independent Contractors with a variety of Skill levels and price ranges to accommodate your needs.
