Salt Water Tattoo is an artist owned and operated, full service tattoo parlor located in Virginia Beach, VA. Founded in 2017 by owners and tattooers Tony Riccio and Mike Rickards, our parlor offers a full range of tattoo styles performed by reputable and licensed artists. Salt water tattoo, features some of Virginia Beach’s most talented artists. Carrying over 40 years of combined experience, our artists specialize in all styles of tattooing ranging from American traditional, Japanese, lettering and everything in between.
