Our owner, Chris Bowman was pivotal in legalizing tattoo shops in Chesapeake and other municipalities. Duff another owner and artist has trained 3 artists that competed on Master Ink. We are OPEN 7 days a week from 10am - 10pm, We have 6 locations in Virginia Beach (3), Hampton, Portsmouth & brand-new Norfolk! We welcome walk-ins and our world class artists consultations are free!
