Meow Meow was founded by Amy Lee Katz in 2020. Owner and artist, Amy graduated from Academy of Art University in San Francisco for painting and drawing. In 2014 she came to El Paso, Texas where she honed the craft of tattooing. MEOW MEOW Tattoo Is a space that embodies all the best things to create beautiful tattoos, backed with the education and love of art. It is a welcoming, clean, open and creative space that you will surely enjoy.
