If you have a specific artist in mind its always advised to call ahead for availability. Consultations are always free and you can view all of our artists portfolios on our website. We are proud to offer permanent cosmetics from artist Meghan McKelvey. Empire Tattoo studios are staffed to handle everything from daily walk in tattoos to custom artwork by appointment. We have flash at the studio for you to choose from, but you are welcome to bring in any reference image you have or simply stop in for a free consultation with one of our artists and we will help
