Welcome to Black Horizon Tattoo and Piercing Company! We are located in the beautiful Cultural District in Downtown Pittsburgh. We have 14 tattoo artists in total-all specializing in different styles-and we have one skilled piercer, all available for walk ins or appointments. We are confident that whatever tattooing and piercing needs you have, we can make them happen! We strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all of our clients, so feel free to stop in and see us any day of the week 12-10pm---walk ins and appointments are always welcome!
