Under 18, must have photo ID, birth certificate, and parent/guardian (legal documents needed)present for entire procedure with their state issued photo I.D. as well. Tattoo: reach out to artist directly, their information is on our website. Let them know what you would like to get and they will send you their individual booking link. Piercing: Appointment Only, this includes jewelry purchases. Online booking available on our website.
