OMEGA INK LLC is a locally owned tattoo shop. Hi my name is Jimmy Holbrook Jr I am the owner and operator. I am located in Cumberland Ky. @ 201 West Main Street Cumberland Ky 40823. I have over 5 years tattooing experience and over 2 and Half years of the 5 years being professional in a shop environment. I am blessed and I would not only like to get the chance to change someone’s outer appearance but also encourage them and help them in whatever situation or problems that they are facing.
