Serenity started her tattoo career in 2021 training in all aspects of Permanent makeup. In just 2 years she has received more training and education in PMU than any other local PMU artist. She has also went on to receive training in Scalp Micropigmentation. “Making others feel beautiful and confident in the skin they’re in is my passion and a privilege.” -Serenity
