Hybrid Art Studios is a tattoo shop (**no piercing available**)located on Meadow Ave. In East Peoria since 2009. Dave Ferguson, and Tony Kelly Jr. are the artists at the Meadow Avenue shop, while Tony Kelly now works in Florida at “Eyes of Eve” (information for contacting Tony is available upon request) We are a custom tattoo shop that focuses on many styles such as large realism, illustrative, traditional, or many other pieces that you can present to us. We discuss your ideas and help you bring them to life. We love doing single small and medium size tattoos, but we specialize in helping layout sleeve work and larger flowing tattoos. *No one under the age of 18 allowed in the shop. WE DO OFFER WALK IN SERVICE WHEN AVAILABLE.
