Recently opened by Sara Machen Fogle, former owner of Chico Lou's Fine Tattoos, Fable is a step back from the large tattoo shop atmosphere. Located in a quiet corner of the Chase Street Warehouses Fable Tattoos is an appointment only studio catering to those who prefer a more personal client experience while still having a ton of fun.
