Victory Tattoo in Ormond by the Sea has been serving Ormond/Daytona, Palm Coast , Flagler and all of Central Florida since 2009. Our beautiful beach front location is home to some of the most amazing artists in the area. We pride ourselves on our exceptional art, attention to detail and top of the line customer service. Our current resident artists are Rio Vandevier Riley, Devyn Banks and Owner, Bobby Ellis. We do accept Walk-Ins, but it is always a good idea to call and schedule an appointment for larger pieces, as our artists have limited availability.
