The Oracle has been in Casa de Oro (Spring Valley) since 2016 and owner Karin Ackerman (Saunders) has been tattooing for 20 plus years. We offer both top quality tattoos as well as piercing services. Come see us for a new tattoo or piercing. We see a tattoo or piercing in your future! P.S. we do not host piercing parties as Google has stated. All services are performed on-site, one client per proceedure is permitted at a time.
