Flo Tats is a Black owned, Women owned tattoo shop started by former collegiate athlete and life-time artist Alexandria (Flo) Florent in historic Leimert Park. Located in the SAME spot as the first ever black owned tattoo shop on Crenshaw, our goal is to create dope art and provide a relaxing experience that you’ll enjoy!
