Hi, I'm Rachel - a wife and mom born and raised in Baxter County. June 2023, I started my journey to become a Permanent Makeup Artist and received my license in December as a Senior Student!! In October of the same year, I decided to add another service by getting licensed for Tattooing also! Super excited to bring this talent back home.
