He advertises on his web site that he will do custom design to purchase if u email, however I have sent 5 emails requesting these services and no response. It says on his website they will get back with a quote promptly, however I have received no response not even something saying I received your email and will get back to you or I'm 2 busy. Some kind of response would have been appreciated. When I attempted to call the person who answered was rude and basically blew me off.
